Answering this question, Dr. Vijayan says that according to Ayurveda, it is good to consume salad occasionally. Because fiber helps break down extra fat in people with phlegm. Ayurveda expert said that many people start their meal with salad and end their meal with fruits to get fiber, they should avoid doing this.
